Your Rights (DPDP Act)

Right to Access

Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.

Right to Correction

Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. We respond within 15 days.

Right to Erasure

Request deletion of your data. We export (optional), wait 48h, then permanently delete.

Right to Grievance Redressal

File a grievance below. Escalate to Data Protection Board of India if unsatisfied.

Right to Withdraw Consent

Withdraw consent for any feature in Settings > Privacy. Processing stops within 24 hours.

Breach Notification Process

If you suspect a data breach involving your personal data (DPDP Act Section 8(6)):

Report

Email dpo@kubera.app with subject "SECURITY INCIDENT — [Your Name]"

Acknowledgment

We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and begin investigation.

Notification

If breach is confirmed, we notify DPB India and affected users within 72 hours.

Remediation

We implement fixes and publish post-mortem within 14 days.

If unsatisfied with the outcome, escalate to Data Protection Board of India at complaints.dpbi.gov.in.
