1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bepara ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GST-compliant invoicing and billing platform for Indian businesses.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or security measures
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Use automated means (scrapers, bots) without permission
  • Upload malicious code or content

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid subscription tiers. Payments processed via Razorpay. Refund and cancellation policies are specified at the point of purchase.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Service and its content are owned by Bepara and its licensors
  • You retain ownership of any data you submit
  • We claim no intellectual property rights over your data

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Bepara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [City, State].
